Manchester EcoBoost & Diesel Specialists was founded by a small team of Ford-trained technicians who spent years in main dealer workshops watching customers get pushed into repairs they didn't need — or, worse, denied repairs that would have saved their engines. We left to do it differently: a workshop focused only on Ford EcoBoost petrol and EcoBlue/TDCi diesel engines, where every job is quoted honestly and finished properly.

Today we look after private customers, fleet operators, taxi drivers, couriers and the trade across Greater Manchester and the wider North West. Some come to us because their dealer quoted a five-figure engine replacement we knew was unnecessary. Others come because their previous garage simply couldn't diagnose the fault. Many come because someone they trust told them to.

• Stand behind the work. Every job carries a 12-month parts and labour warranty in writing.

Our workshop

We operate from a fully equipped Manchester workshop with dedicated bays for diesel and petrol work, hot-wash facilities, an in-house parts store of fast-moving Ford components, and proper Ford-grade diagnostic tooling. Everything we need to do the job once, properly.

Areas we cover

Customers come to us from across Greater Manchester — Salford, Trafford, Stockport, Bolton, Oldham, Rochdale, Bury, Tameside — and the wider North West including Cheshire, Lancashire and Merseyside. Collection can be arranged for engine rebuilds and major work.
